We Are Achieving More Together

I mentioned how we at Smith’s School of English believe that together, everybody achieves more (T.E.A.M.) in Together Everybody Achieves More at Smith’s School of English Franchises in Japan. Here are some examples:

1. This blog site with us working together posting blogs related to teaching English in Japan and living in Japan. All of our English conversation schools in Japan can reap the benefits of doing so. T.E.A.M.

2. Some of us at Smith’s (including me) communicate via SMS letting each other know when we go out and do local promotion, supporting and praising each other. It’s great! T.E.A.M.

3. By promoting our own English conversation schools in our own areas, we are also helping promote all Smith’s English conversation schools in Japan because our schools all share the same Japanese web site. T.E.A.M.

Together, we are achieving more! (^.^)
