It’s always great when students mention that they have read my posts in English or Japanese translations of them about my job teaching English in Japan and living in Japan. In one of my posts, Influencing Others Positively, I mentioned how it looked like my posts had influenced others in a positive way. Last month at my English conversation school franchise in Japan, Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi, there was another example of this. A student of mine said she had gone to see a Cirque du Soleil show while on a trip to Macau after reading the Japanese translation of a post of mine. In the post, I had recommended going to see them, and she had done just that! Wow! I was surprised and happy to hear that! She enjoyed their show too! Great! (^.^) The post in English can be read by clicking here. For readers who can read Japanese, the Japanese translation of it can be read by clicking here. A big thank you goes to my student Fumiko, who did the translation for me.
I hope to continue seeing my students being influenced positively by my posts, which I write sitting here at my English conversation school(英会話スクール), Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi (スミス英会話塚口) in Tsukaguchi(塚口), Amagasaki City(尼崎市), Hyogo Prefecture(兵庫県), Japan. It’s great! (^.^)
