Staying Healthy Through Discipline

You are here: Home / Blog / Staying Healthy Through Discipline

Healthful living through nutritious diet and regular exercise is an important cornerstone to maintaining Staying Healthy Through Disciplinegood health.  Staying healthy through discipline can be a real necessity, especially for those with certain disabilities or specific needs.

Without a doubt, food is the main health maintenance tool available to us all.  Living in Japan affords us great opportunities to get nutritious, delicious, world-class food at reasonable prices.  We also have excellent chances to get out, enjoy outdoors and get exercise without any undue preparation.  Exercise and maintaining good relationships with family and friends are obviously major factors contributing to good life maintenance.

Factors For Staying Healthy Through Discipline

A major reason I like living in Japan, teaching English in Japan and owning my own Franchise English school is the obvious lack of stress I notice and appreciate that each and every day.  People may often overlook the importance of living without unnecessary stress.  But surely, isn’t the willingness or the need to add stress to our lives a very normal thing?  A manageable amount of stress is productive and keeps me going in some direction, but somehow others end up being burdened.

My and my wife’s personal goal of staying healthy through discipline, eating good food, getting exercise, living stress-free and maintaing a healthy relationship is basically successful.  Part of the reason for that is what I do.
