On October 10, a Japanese national holiday, my wife, daughter and I went to Kobe Oji Zoo, a large zoo in the Kansai area of Japan. It was great! We saw a panda, gorillas, zebras, monkeys, giraffes, kangaroos, bears, etc. One particularly memorable animal was a chimpanzee that stared at people. At zoos, normally people stare at animals but in this situation, the staring was mutual! People who stood near the glass separating the chimpanzee from them got stared at by the chimpanzee! (^.^) It was funny. You can see the chimpanzee in the photo.
We didn’t have time to see all of the animals before closing time, so we’ll see the rest another time. I think that this is a great place to go to with family or anybody. I look forward to going there again with my family. (^.^)
