Well, almost… Actually there were 2 winners here at Azamino SSE. Maybe you remember our baby pool ? When we ran out space in the first one, a second pool was devised.
Mr. Nogi won the baby pool guessing the closest to the time and date of the birth of Tyler, Deana and Mike’s new baby, who was born on Sept. 5 at 10:47 PM. He was one of 32 players who thought they could guess the due date. Turns out he was right on the money.
Our second winner was Miki who came closest to the baby’s correct birth weight. She guessed 3720 grams and hers was the lowest guess of the lot. The highest guess was 4800 grams. Ouch ! Tyler weighed in at 3090 grams on Sept. 5th, 2008, just minutes after he was born much to the surprise of the doctor who had estimated 3660 grams.
But let’s face it folks, the real winners here are Mike and Deana with their beautiful baby boy. Everyone says he looks just like Mike and judging from all the “oohs” and “ahhs” coming from our female students, I’d say he’s going to break some hearts sometime soon. Lock up your daughters, Japan !
