This week I went to Smith’s School of English’s Kyobashi School to drop off my business records for the preparation of my Japanese tax return. I had closed down for two hours so as to have time to go there for a 3:30 meeting and return in time for my 5:00 p.m. lesson. Well, since I took the local train all the way which is simple but not at all timely, I got there about 20 minutes late and did not get away until 4:25 p.m. So of course there was no way for me to get back to Okamoto in time for my 5:00 p.m. lesson. But this was no problem due to the great support of the Staff at Smith’s School of English. Miki, one of the Smith’s great staff, immediately called my student and rescheduled her lesson to 6:00 p.m. with two other students. This worked out beautifully. I was so impressed! What a great staff we have! Just another excellent reason to be a Smith’s franchisee. Smith’s scores another strike!
Yes Al, they are some beautiful people. In the past 4 years they have helped me out in the same way at least 5 times, sometimes under urgent conditions. I love the support we get.
