Every year we read about natural disasters around the globe and their impact on the human populace. Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans, stranding thousands and leaving hundreds of thousands homeless. The Tohoku Earthquake & Tsunami disaster in March killing tens of thousands, flooding a dozen cities and causing the Fukushima Plant to meltdown (I don’t know if was a meltdown or an explosion exactly, but its impact on the Japan populace is astounding). This week in the news I saw a story about tornadoes in the USA. I saw this video and was amazed. Check it out for yourself and see the awesome power and destructive force as one particular tornado derails a freight train. Natures power is awesome, and we must be careful and always prepared. However the people who took these videos obviously go a step beyond, actually chasing tornadoes and filming them! Brave… or crazy? Either way, its awesome footage.
