Three weeks ago my wife gave birth to our first child, Jake. What an amazing experience! The Golden Week holidays arrive with perfect timing to allow me to spend time at home with my new little family.
Even though lessons have resumed for May, I’m happy to be getting stuck into work as I know my schools’ schedules allow me far more time than most jobs in Japan to spend at home with my family. For me, a newly discovered advantage to owning your own Smith’s School of English franchise. I’m confident my school will continue to prosper and provide me with the satisfaction of being able to provide for my wife and son. I see a trial lesson booked for tomorrow, a nice way to return from holidays.
Many of my students and friends have been very generous with gifts and well wishes. Thank you very much to all of you.
