I`ve been playing squash since elementary school. Aside from injuries and countless broken raquets, this is a game that keeps me coming back for more and more abuse. In Canada I play in the evenings after work. Competition is strong among the clubs, especially in Vancouver. Here in Kyoto I play at lunch time before coaching at my Smiths School of English Katsura. スミス英会話桂校The sports club I belong to has 3 squash courts, large pool, golf range, gym, dance and yoga studio, hot tub, steam room, sauna and a great bath facility – which feels like a slice of heaven after an intense work-out. Fortunately the local universities have an active group, reminding me of my younger days playing for my university team, so meeting new challengers on the court is no difficulty. The difficulty comes when I try to keep up with all the young legs! For those of you who don`t recognize me, I`m the sweaty one in the middle.
