Google Street View is really cool! Recently I found out that the area in front of my school had been photographed and could be viewed on Google Street View. You can paste the following link info into your browser’s search window and then go there. Check it out!

The pictures seem to have been taken in the middle of April 2008. That was when they were repainting the house next door to my school. You can see the cover over the house and the worker mixing paint out front. What I think is cool is that you can move down the street, turn around, look right, left and up and down just as if you were really walking there. You can virtually visit a place before you go there to become familiar with it. In my opinion it is very cool! Just like the Smith’s School of English in Japan, Google continues to be cutting edge! —- A new expression to be taught to my students. Well, back to work. Enjoy!
Thanks for bringing that feature to everyones attention- that is amazing! Nice school and free advertising too!

Al,
Google Street View is a lot of fun; I enjoy exploring my “neighborhood” from my PC from time to time but I especially like checking out my school!
By the way, great signage in this picture and the flower is a nice touch too! Hope you have it glued to that window sill 🙂
