One of the major advantages of a owning a Smith’s School of English Franchise is attending our English Teaching Seminars. Many of the brand organizations have a top-down management approach. They typically have a one-size-fits-all measure that hardly justifies their tuition costs. At Smith’s, everyone is involved with corporate-level decision-making.
Smith’s School Management Seminars discuss a wide range of important topics. They also give us a chance to really get to know one another well. Our topics for discussion generally include scheduling, curriculum design, student care and management policy. Operators always have a lot of interesting things to discuss.
Smith’s School Management Seminar Nov 18th, 2018
It was a busy summer and time went by very quickly. Not surprisingly, we were eager to take part in an autumn seminar. We organized one in less than a month and had near perfect attendance, too. Only a couple of Franchise English School operators had other engagements. Thankfully, our system flexibility easily allows for any special needs and emergencies. Of course, nobody gets put on report!
At the seminar, everyone freely contributes. Although this looks quite formal, the audience did well over half the talking. In addition, two operators presented special projects that broadly interested the group. Smith’s School Management Seminars are great fun, too!! After the meeting, we regrouped at a popular American-style restaurant not far from our meeting place. We eat burgers, chat about our families and hobbies and share business ideas. You’re most welcome to join us sometime.
