Smiling with My Eyes

You are here: Home / Blog / Smiling with My Eyes

I’m loving everything that I do for my English conversation school (英会話スクール), Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi(スミス英会話 塚口校).  That includes handing out flyers promoting my school. This morning while handing out flyers, I came up with the “smile with your eyes” idea.  So what does it mean? It means radiating warmth from your eyes while handing out flyers which makes people want to take flyers from you.

Perhaps this may sound odd but  I think I have this down to a fine art now and can’t wait to discuss my ideas with fellow Smith’s owners at our next seminar.

I’ll always be smiling with my eyes from now on.  (^.^)

    Hi Derek,
“Smile and the world smiles with you” an old but ever so true phrase. Get eye contact, smile and your 75% on your way to getting a new student.
I am however very interested in hearing about your “smiling with my eyes” technique. I often smile and at the same time raise my eyebrows which usually sees me heading back home after my morning exercise with an empty bag and a big smile of success and happiness on my face.
