Shunju Cafe (カフェ春秋 ) and スミス英会話岡本 are old friends. Actually, in Okamoto, Shunju is nearly everyone’s long-time favorite cafe. I have been coming to this Cafe since I arrived in Okamoto in 2006. My students and I have enjoyed many nice evenings at Shunju Cafe .
Today, after my usual work distributing some flyers in front of the local station, I stopped in to eat the breakfast special. The breakfast special costs 450 Yen with one cup of coffee or 650 Yen with two cups of coffee. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, toast and salad with your choice of coffee. I promise, you will be happy, Shunju’s coffee is excellent!
On the toast your can choose just melted butter, melted cheese, butter with honey or butter with jam and you can even have half and half with different toppings! This great Japanese service.
I really love this Cafe and maybe you will see me inside one day. If you see me my name is “Al” please say hello. I always like meeting new people and old friends.
