prepositions again

I’m sure some of you have been eagerly awaiting my next preposition challenge. Enjoy.

It’s interesting how tough it is _____stick _____ goals that I had once set _____ myself. I was very strict a year ago, and I knew then, what I know now, and that is that I was slowly losing control _____ my willpower. Well, I have much more willpower than I did before I moved _____ Japan, but I do notice even that increased willpower slipping. I mean, I used _____ work out everyday, and I dieted very strictly. I walked an hour everyday also, and sometimes alternated that _____ running up and down _____ the stairs near where I live _____. I think the big change _____  my willpower occurred a little over a year ago when I went _____  visit _____ my mother _____  America. Yeah, that’s it, American food. Well, actually it wasn’t even the American food that did it. It was the Mexican food. I really didn’t even eat that much _____  it, but the point is that I broke my cycle. I broke the good diet habit that I had set _____  myself  the year before. Now I find myself _____  the same mental place again. I’m stuck _____ wondering _____ myself, “how do I find the motivation _____get back _____that horse and start that diet and work _____ all _____ again?” I’ve tried _____  set short term goals, but _____  some reason even that goes _____ the window. I even take _____ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but I don’t go _____ as many times a week as I could. I don’t even _____ eat, but I must find a way _____ get my willpower back and quick. I guess _____ it’s just like we always tell _____ our students at Smith’s 英会話 _____ Hirakata. Just put more effort _____ what you do, and then just try. Sigh, I must take _____ my own advice and try. I’ll report back _____ a later date and let you know _____ how it goes.
