My Team

You are here: Home / Blog / My Team

It is hard for me to express just how much I appreciate my own special team at Smith’s School of English Hirakata. While I have worked alongside some talented teachers over the past 9 years here in Japan I must say that my present staff all help bring something different to the table at our classroom. Our backgrounds vary dramatically with each of us being born in different countries and ranging in age from 26 to 38. What I love most is how much each of them listens to my suggestions and tries to apply what I teach them in the classroom to provide a unique experience. With the Smith’s system as the framework we are allowed to make each lesson our own. It provides continuity throughout but keeps students on their toes at the same time.

I am very lucky to not only have very hard working students but also dedicated staff that provide superior service to the people of Hirakata.

While I often thank my students for their hard work tonight I wanted to thank Jerry, Sharan and Yasuko for helping me build my dream.

Adrian

    Adrian,

I could not agree more about the freedom that belonging to Smith’s School brings. But at the same time being a part of something bigger really gives peace of mind.

    Keep up the good work!
