Moving Into My New Home in Tsukaguchi, Amagasaki

You are here: Home / Blog / Moving Into My New Home in Tsukaguchi, Amagasaki

I had a nice Smith’s Golden Week break. In my last blog, “My Smith’s Golden Week Holiday in Tsukaguchi, Amagasaki“, I mentioned moving, teaching my daughter English and training a new Smith’s English conversation teacher. This blog is on the moving.

The renovations that we had done inside the 2-story house my family recently bought in Tsukaguchi were finished in late April. The renovations were done by the company Kansai Ribitekku (関西リビテック). Thank you again, Kansai Ribitekku! Great work!

We moved on April 29. To move our small things, we used my wife Akemi’s youngest brother’s car on April 28 and 29. Kansai Ribitekku kindly moved our big things for us free of charge using a truck on April 29. Great service!

Akemi’s mother stayed with my family for about 1 week and her father was there on 2 days to help with the moving and getting set up in our new home. The 3 rooms upstairs have almost finished being painted, each one in a different color.  My wife Akemi’s youngest brother, one of her cousins and my daughter Tina have all helped. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to everybody who helped us!

Once everything is finished being done in our new house in Tsukaguchi, I’m going to hold a Smith’s event there for my Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi and Smith’s School of English Kawanishi school students! That should be a lot of fun! (^.^)

Derek
