more prepositions

at / of / to / in / with / upon / above / beyond / over / by / into / across / about

There are a few students ______ the Hirakata Smith’s School ______ English that remark quite often that they look forward ______ me writing more “missing preposition” articles ______ the future. One student ______ particular told me recently that she was still working on one ______ my past articles, and that she hoped that she would get a perfect score. Well, she probably will get a perfect score, so I have ______ come up ______ a more difficult article, something a little more challenging. So this is my attempt. Actually when I first started writing the “missing preposition” articles, I never thought ______ them as any kind ______ test or extra work that the students would need ______ do, but many ______the students just took it ______themselves, printed out the articles, brought them to class and asked _____work ____ and discuss their answers ______ class, so ______ course I did as they asked, and now it has grown ______ something that many students look forward ______ . I think the students are great for doing so much extra work. It’s really going above and beyond, and that makes me happy. Although, I know the work isn’t ______ their levels, nor do I think it’s ______ their ability. Seeing students taking any interest in studying is very nice, but to see them get excited ______ it is even better. Going ______ the sheets ______ class is fun actually, because if they make mistakes, it’s their reactions ______ surprise ______ the correct answers that always makes us all laugh. They are having fun, and that’s really important. Now if you will look ______ all ______ the blank spaces ______ this article there are a lot, right? Well, you also know that I didn’t remove every preposition. I only removed a few, so you can easily see how important prepositions are, and ______ diligently studying prepositions your English will become greatly improved, and if you come ______ a preposition that is of particular difficulty please let me know. Thank you and Good luck.

Jerry
