I had two office lady students in class today red and green levels. The Item of choice today was (May/Might)
One question of interest was…What might you eat after this class?
One of the students replied I might drop by Mister Donuts and pick up a few of my favorite doughnuts. The other student asked, do you go there often?
She answered, not so much but they have a special on right now. Every doughnut for 100 Yen. It’s too much to resist. On that note, myself and the other student said that we may also drop by to buy some of those delicious and cheap doughnuts.
Note: Drop by was a phrasal verb studied sometime ago using the flash cards that my student diligently remembered and which was also learned by the other participating student in today’s class. Talk about killing two birds with one stone. No pun intended.
