Tomorrow, I have an opportunity to meet our founder, Mark Smith. He’s coming out to my school (スミス英会話 生駒) for a bit and I hope to gain a lot from meeting with him. I thought about it, and realized that a guy as successful as he is certainly has to have a lot of knowledge and information that he might be willing to share.
Anyway, he’s coming out to talk to me about how we can make an already good thing better: working together. I hope to tighten the communication and shared viewpoints through this meeting.
I always felt in past positions that I could not get my voice heard; now I feel like I am part of the TEAM, working alongside my fellows to make our enterprise even greater.
