Losing weight and Exercise. For the last 9 weeks I have been on a diet, and nope, I don’t like it at all. See, I like to eat whenever and whatever I want. Unfortunately I am no longer the young skinny guy that I was for most of my life. I’m 41, and gaining weight is more than easy. I like to eat American pizza, hamburgers, French Fries, Mexican food and so many other types of food that I don’t have time to mention them all here. Ugh, however, I am on a diet now, so all of those foods are out. Now I eat tuna, salads, chicken, beef or pork but not much else. I drink at least 2 liters of water a day as well. You see for me this is the third time in my life I have decided to lose weight, and each time I have gone about my diet differently.
For example:
The first time that I lost weight, well, as it was the first time I had to totally learn how to lose weight. I cut down on my food, watched my fat intake and jogged about a mile and half ever other day. I also drink protein drinks after jogging. I lost 12 kilograms in all.
The second attempt I changed it up a bit. I drastically cut down on my intake of food. I ate very little fat, jogged 3 ½ miles every other day, and used dumbbells. I lost 10 kilograms.
This time I decided to change how I exercise once again. I cut out on my intake of bad foods. Coke, fast foods and potato chips. I also made a big discovery; I really don’t like jogging, so I’m never jogging again. However, I walk 1 hour every day, and use dumbbells every other day. I have lost 8 kilograms in the last 9 weeks. I am not doing as well as I would like, but I am happy with the results. One last decision is, that I won’t to try to maintain my weight, but I still have a few more kilograms to lose.
Ok, so I want to share one of my
“Low Fat” Tuna recipes.

(Serves 1 Person)
Enjoy. (lol)
