Hello everyone. Long ago I recommended a worthwhile day trip for you and for students, and especially for children and those interested in natural science will be rewarded with a major surprise. Apart from the giant aquarium in Okinawa, the new aquarium in Kyoto and various attractions in the Odaiba area in Tokyo, the now twenty-year-old Osaka Kaiyukan is still a world-class facility with an important theme.
It surprises me to learn how many of the newer english conversation students at the Smith’s School of English in Kotoen スミス英会話 甲東園 have not yet been. Of course everyone has heard of it and the previous outing a little over a year ago included a good many veteran students from the school.
Another group outing to the marvelous facility is in the works and I am discussing one or more possible workable times with several students known for their diligence in organizing such things. Oh … they quote “wouldn’t think of ME doing that, oh no. That’s not MY job!” unquote.
The point is, if you’ve got a handful of english conversation students in your Kansai-based Smith’s School Franchise eager for something to do, make sure you put the Osaka Kaiyukan on your do-list.
Parking is available, restaurants are everywhere and you can do some shopping at Tempozan Mall afterwards. It’s an all-round great day trip for all ages and accessible from most anywhere in Kansai.
