Last year and this year were incredible years for my school regarding new student signups. I couldn’t have done it without the Smith’s head office team and system and support from students and family. I thank all for helping me to reach this point in my life. A special thank you to Mark Smith, a great mentor and friend, who has always offered support and guidance. At 33 years old I am solid financially and now have the time to pursue other interests I have on the side while maintaining the current level of my school. I am satisfied with the current size of my student body and now it’s just a matter of making sure I keep it the size it is now. I have been successful at keeping the attrition rate at my school very low by giving enjoyable lessons using the Smith’s curriculum and most importantly, trusting the Smith’s system.
Thanks to my language exchange partner, my family and Japan, my Japanese is getting better day by day. In addition the success of my school has allowed me to gradually enter the exciting world of real estate investing in Japan. I am happy.
