These are the happy faces of the students enjoying a cold and delicious ice cream this year. The ice cream was the Super Cup from Meiji. Everybody could choose one cup from the three flavours vanilla, chocolate and green tea. Vanilla was the most popular.
Like the years before, Smith’s school of English in Fuse held an ice cream week in the middle of summer. From the 5th to the 10th of August a cup of ice cream waited for every student coming to the school. Most English students enjoyed their cups very much because it was very hot. Some of the happy students took a second class during that week and could get an extra ice cream!
Because of the heat in summer, it is not so easy to be active in Osaka in August. So for a couple of years, we offer the students coming to learn English in this heat an ice cream at the English conversation school in Fuse. Most students are really happy and enjoy the cold sweet after walking to the school in the heat outside. Especially in hot years like this year, it is very welcome. I could take pictures of many happy students. You can see these pictures with smiles above!
