Dearest Smith’s franchisees, teachers and staff: We are on a roll and there is no stopping us now. I wish everyone a great summer and get ready to hit it hard right after Obon! I am confident that my Smith’s School of English franchise in Kotoen will get a whole bunch of new signups this Autumn, more than anything I expect to continue growing my school month after month. Systematic growth will take place through continued focus on local promotion, lots and lots of local promotion. Postings here on the soapbox will help and I would encourage everyone to make the a commitment. It’s fun, easy and very useful to you and to the TEAM as a whole!

My wife Yoko and I are definitely going to at least 11 fireworks festivals this summer, which is a little more difficult than it sounds!
