Fuse school of English’s cherry blossom viewing on April 8th at Sannose park in Fuse
Cherry blossom viewing: this year, Fuse school of English had a great Hanami picnic again. We gathered at 12 p.m. at Sannose park (三ノ瀬公演) in Fuse. It was rainy the days before the Hanami picnic, so I was a little worried about the weather. But on Sunday, the sun returned! A little chilly and windy, it still was a nice and not to hot day for a picnic.
Some blossoms were still blooming and the wild cherry was in full bloom! (See in the picture upper left corner) What a fantastic sight! We were not the only group that had chosen the Sunday for a Hanami picnic, a big group provided us with free live music. It was my first time to enjoy live music at a Cherry blossom viewing!
We chatted, enjoyed our lunch boxes and talked until 3 p.m. The children soon made friends with other children who came for cherry blossom viewing to Sannose park and played all the time. We all had a great time! I am looking forward to next year’s Hanami picnic season!
