Azamino- Red, Orange, Colorful Fall vibes

You are here: Home / Blog / Azamino- Red, Orange, Colorful Fall vibes

I can smell fall in the air here in Azamino. I took a long walk around the Azamino Station today. Weather is getting cooler, leaves started falling everywhere in Japan. Azamino, Aoba- ku , Yokohama is no different. Autumn leaves and colors of the season always fascinate everyone.

Fall vibes near Azamino Station, Aoba ku, Yokohama

This picture was taken 3 minutes walk from the Azamino station. Although this is a city area, it is still possible to find beautiful nature view, it still has some fall vibes. Crispy leaves are dancing here and there.

Though Autumn is traditionally a season of letting things go, it can also be a season of renewal and rebirth. It can be a time to adopt a fresh new outlook on life and find enjoyment in the little things. It’s a great time to go out with family and friends to enjoy colorful nature. Or maybe study English?

So beautiful

Luckily found a nice bakery too today.

Here’s a good thing about living in Azamino – everything is in walking distance. Starting from great restaurants, shopping malls there are many recreational places too. Many book stores, movie theaters ( on Dentoshi line) , parks etc. I took an hour to walk around the station. I found a new small park for kids.

Also a soccer play ground. I didn’t take walk this way before so this is a new discovery.

Today I met 2 Japanese guys, they were trying to take pictures from the over a bridge. I was curios (curious) a bit when I saw the big, professional cameras they were carrying. I used to do landscape photography before, which gave me a reason to talk about it more with these two guys. They managed to take great quality pictures from the top, they did an awesome job. Here’s one of my failed attempts to take a tree and the train line together from the top.

View from the top of the bridge

Those photographers wanted to take this railway view but 5 feet from there I found another view I preferred. It doesn’t have the train though.

The photographers were really nice and friendly. We tried to speak in both Japanese and English. They tried their best to make a nice English conversation with me. I invited them to visit Smith’s Azamino School for free trail lessons- https://smithweb.co.jp/azamino/
