Autumn is my favourite season in Japan. Like Canada, Japan has Maple trees (紅葉 or Momiji) with leaves that change to beautiful colors in autumn and are a lovely sight to enjoy alone or with others. Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi (スミス英会話塚口校), my English conversation school (英会話スクール) in Tsukaguchi (塚口), Amagasaki (尼崎市), Hyogo Prefecture (兵庫県) has held 2 Maple color change events in the past. It held one in Arashiyama in Kyoto (京都の嵐山). You can read about it by clicking here . It held the other jointly with Smith’s School of English Okamoto at Tofukuji Temple in Kyoto (京都の東福寺). You can read about this joint Smith’s school event by clicking here.
A Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi student, who has participated in many of my English conversation school events, recently asked me when the next event would be. I was happy to see how he was looking forward to my next school event. That means he enjoys them very much! Great! (^.^) Smith’s School of English events are a great chance for Smith’s students to use English conversation (英会話) and spend time with their English teachers outside the classroom as well as meet new people and have a great time! I plan to hold a color change event this year sometime in November. I look forward to enjoying the beautiful autumn color change in Japan with students! (^.^)

Derek,
I think it is a great idea to organize special events.
You and your students (and anybody else who wants to come) are always welcome to join us from the Fuse school on the 14th of November in Minoh!
