Hello everyone. We all need to toot our own horns once in a while, and corporately we really ought to toot together as a group. Well, I got a really nice testimonial from a high-level student at my Smith’s School in Kotoen ( スミス英会話) just recently and I thought you might like to hear about it. It is important. It’s a reflection of our company, our system and as a team working together. This testimonial is therefore for all of you.
It goes like this, slightly paraphrased so as not to embarrass the student, but completely intact in spirit and general language used:
“The other day something interesting happened to me at work. I work for an international company and I received a telephone call from a native English-speaking employee.
