Last Friday at my English conversation (英会話) school, Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi (スミス英会話塚口校) in Tsukaguchi (塚口), Amagasaki (尼崎市), Hyogo Prefecture (兵庫県), Japan, I showed some local promotional material that I use for my English school and I was very surprised when my student volunteered to help. A volunteer helper? Wow! I was quite impressed! (^.^) This kind student, a retired man, takes a walk for exercise almost everyday, so he is very fit and has free time. I accepted his kind offer. We worked together and had a great time. After finishing and before we parted, I thanked him for his help and he thanked me for giving good English lessons. He also asked me to let him know the next time I’d do some local promotion again as he wanted to help me again. Wow! What a nice guy! So am I going to accept any more of his kindhearted volunteer help?…… No, as I can do the work alone, but I really appreciate him offering and helping me out on that day! That was quite amazing! What kind students I have at Smith’s School of English Tsukaguchi in Tsukaguchi! (^.^)
