When I first came to Japan I wasn’t sure what to expect. I came here looking to try something new and now I’ve spent close to half my life here. I have been blessed to have met so many wonderful people and had so many incredible experiences. Three years ago my wife and I welcomed our son into the world and he has brought us so much joy and happiness.
And now this year we’ll be the proud owners of an investment property as we were able to secure a loan just a few short days ago. We’re going to build the house from the ground up so we’ll actually be able to see it being built with our own eyes and share the adventure together. While we had been interested in getting a small house for quite some time we were patient and waited for the right opportunity.
I had heard that due to the economic situation banks were being quite careful about their loans but it was a relatively easy process. Some paperwork and in a few weeks you’ll have your answer.
Thanks to the advice of our trusted friend and advisor 2011 could very well become a turning point in our lives.
