The June 2009 edition of “Kia Ora from New Zealand“, which is my student’s blog in Japanese, is now up!
In her latest posting she addresses several topics including the recent swine flu scare, the changes at her work, and also the pleasures of enjoying an international pot luck meal.
She works in the medical profession herself and in her latest posting she reveals the secret which has enabled her to remain “cold-free” for over 15 years!
I remember her recommending I also use this “secret drug” if I didn’t feel well or possibly catching a cold. I did and… it worked!
She recommends it as a “cure-all”. Wonder what this is?
Check out the article and you’ll find out!
Does anybody else know of any other such “cure-all” wonder drugs?
She also reveals her 3-step process to achieving her dreams or having a wish come true.
She has been quite successful in realizing her dreams throughout her life so I think perhaps her 3-step plan is pretty good!
What do you think?
These are just some of the topics which she has highlighted in this edition.
As always, comments and questions posed back are always welcome.
This is another fun and informative article in the series “Kia Ora from New Zealand” guaranteed to start some interesting discussions in the classroom.

Oh! This month’s picture is of the international pot luck meal she recently joined.
Everyone brought a dish particular to their country.
Would you like to know what she brought?
Enjoy,
