Many students at Smith’s Katsura (スミス英会話 桂) study English Conversation because they travel abroad. One of my students – Koichi, often goes to America on a business trip.
Most recently, Koichi stayed 6 days in U.S.A. and travelled to both New York and Miami. He had a very busy schedule, but found some time for other activities.
In the classroom we were discussing his trip.
I was happy to hear that he used his English Conversation skills at the airport, when ordered food at a restaurant and went shopping in the city. He was able to communicate with hotel staff, travel around to eat in New York’s famous steak restaurant and buy nice souvenirs.
Koichi was very kind and bought a gift for Smith’s Katsura too. Thank you!
I’m pleased to see him every week in the classroom improving his skills.
