On Sunday the Smith’s Seminar was held here in the Kanto region at Azamino School in Kanagawa Prefecture. Deana, Mike and Tyler were great hosts as always. Tyler stole the show and during some parts of the meeting it was hard not to drift off and watch the little bloke as he chewed on the furniture. The meeting was as it always is, a great chance to see everyone, to meet the new owners and to have a bit of a catch up during the break. I don’t think we as a group up here in the Kanto area get together as much as everyone else especially those in Kasai so it’s also a good reminder that we don’t stand alone and that we should try and get together a bit more often. The meeting was informative with the primary focus centering around how we can use the Internet to our advantage especially the Soap Box and the new use of One Points. The 3 hours we spent together went fairly quickly and it drilled home the importance of T.E.A.M. I’m not much of a blogger but the reality hit home that it’s time I started. I have a bit of catching up to do. I look forward to the next seminar and hope to see everyone again soon especially those that couldn’t make it on Sunday.

Good one Doug.
It was as usual great to catch up with you, the other guys and Deana. It was also good to meet Mike and John and to have their active participation in the meeting. I was however a little sad that we didn’t get an opportunity to say farewell to Dean maybe we can all still get together with him before he heads off to the USA to resume his studies. Where is a central place? Shibuya? Koenji? (lol)I am free any night after 10pm and also on a Saturday (after 7pm) or anytime on a Sunday (other than the 19th)
Cheers,
Ken

I think it would be a great idea to have a small party – sayonara party for Dean, who else is interested? Perhaps Shibuya on a Sat. night after 7pm. as it’s convenient for those of us in Tokyo and also quite central for people coming from Kanagawa. This would be a great chance for all of us to get together.
