Are you looking to operate your own school but want to start with a firm foundation? My school will be the right choice for you.
About the School:
My name is Hiroko Nara, I am an entrepreneur and was looking to start a business
venture for myself. I found Smith’s School of English and decided to purchase the franchise. Since the 2020 Olympics will be held in Tokyo, a surge of citizens will want to learn English and take advantage of the foreign business relations that would grow as a result of the said event. This motivated me to pursue this business with the growing clientele that would ensue. Since the school started in 2004 it has a history of approximately 14 years and enjoys a firm foundation in terms of credibility and operations.
This school can be operated by yourself without the need to hire support staff, and you do not need to have Japanese language skills to operate. In terms of income, you may earn an average monthly sales, based on 2018 performance, of an estimated 284,272 yen.
Reason for Sale:
As of the moment I really want to focus on starting my family and getting married. This is my reason why I am selling the said franchise. If you have any inquiries please contact Mark at [email protected]
The school is located in Koenji, Tokyo. The school is surrounded by numerous business establishments and a large population of students from different schools and universities. A perfect location for an English School with a large audience to advertise to. The school is also located near the local train station it just takes 2 minutes to get there.
You can run the school by yourself without having to hire any support staff. An online scheduling system for you and your students is available and operating 24 hours a day 7-days a week but students can still book and cancel lessons by phone too by speaking with the Japanese staff during normal operating hours. Income is based on the operator/owner’s effort. Rent covers the teaching space which can also be used as a residence. It is the perfect live/work situation for a person who can be minimal and organized. As stated above you do not need Japanese language skills to operate. You run the school and control your own schedule and dress the way you want.
