Last Sunday we finally had our Welcome Lunch at Popura, the restaurant at Kangaku. Our group was made up of 2 teachers, 7 students, 2 husbands, a beautiful wife, and one much-talked about boyfriend! Unfortunately not everyone could come due to work and family commitments (some lucky students have gone on holiday to England!) but those who did had a great time. The menu was a choice of steak or fish (you can guess what I chose!) and was really delicious. Everyone enjoyed meeting some of our new students, and also Martin`s lovely wife! We took lots of photos, which you can see on the Kotoen school webpage, unfortunately my boyfriend is not as good a photo-taker as he claims! (And some of the students would not keep still! *laughing*)
I was really glad to see all the students who came, and hope to see more at our next event! Stay tuned for details!
