I’d been reading about the flyer helpers in Kyobashi, wishing I had access to those people to come help me in Kofu. I found it so much easier to do flyers when Gavin, my trainer, was here training me, than after he’d left and had to face me trotting over to the station by myself. Some mornings I really have to talk myself into going out there; sometimes I don’t win that argument.
So I contacted Mark & Gavin about getting people to help me hand out flyers in the mornings, and Gavin offered some great suggestions. And I thought, “Duh! Of course! Why didn’t I think of that?” (You know, I may be making this too hard….)
I went ahead and followed the simple advice from head office and BINGO. Help started to roll in. It only took a couple of hours to get things rolling. I have to say those guys at head office have not been sleeping these 12 years in business. They know what I need to do. Not guess, they know. This saves me worry and wasted effort and money on trial and error.
Oh and as they say at Kyobashi. K.I.S. it really is simple if you know what you are doing so don’t complicate it.
Excellent
