This month(July) a man came to my school, Smith’s Tsuguchi School http://www.smithweb.co.jp/school/tsukaguchi.shtml for a trial lesson. He mentioned that his daughter had recommended Smith’s to him. His daughter wasn’t even a Smith’s student! I was very glad to hear that people were recommending Smith’s and even happier when he decided to join my school!
I have had students that studied at other English schools before joining my school. One reason I have heard several times from those students is that the group sizes in the other schools were too big. Due to the size, students couldn’t get much speaking time in their lessons, so they joined Smith’s.
Yesterday another student of mine mentioned that she had two friends that had switched from another well-known English school to Smith’s. One of her friends joined Smith’s Okamoto School and another joined Smith’s Kotoen School.
